UAE Exchange's Multi-Currency prepaid card is a plastic form of convenience for travelers and business professionals, who require foreign currencies. In this MasterCard powered card, users can load up to six currencies from a choice of 16. While the card offers a seamless experience, the digital experience does not complement the convenience the card offers.

The Research:

The UAE Exchange cards are unique and feature-rich. Unfortunately, many of the users are unaware of these features. After conducting a market study, we found it is approximately 60% of the users are unaware of the card's various features and variants.

The solution Lead by interest not by Product:

Finding a solution to any problem is impossible, without the real urge to solve it. It was no different here - Formulate a card persona! Henceforth, whenever a user visits the website, addressing the persona helped in choosing the ideal card and acquainted the customer with the relevant card features.
